The purpose of this list is to provide researchers a dynamic platform for discussion with one another and access to current journal article citations about topics related to the Hepatitis C Virus.
We hope to speed the discovery of more knowledge concerning the Hepatitis C virus and the development of effective treatments for the ensuing Hepatitis C liver disease.
However, because of the ambiguities associated with the HCV virus itself, its hepatic and extra-hepatic manifestations, the research list is open to supporting interdisciplinary discussion and input from a wide variety of fields, for instance: virology, molecular biology, epidemiology, organic chemistry, pharmacology, and related liver diseases.
The HCV Research Mailing List is maintained by HCV Action Now, the non-profit organisation dedicated to spreading awareness about the Hepatitis C Virus.
